Your details, and what we do with them

Who is responsible
Brandyland is responsible for the details you share through this website. Our website provider stores them on our behalf and uses them for nothing else.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name and email, and anything else you choose to add, such as a phone number, a date, how many people, or a message. Reading this website does not require giving us anything.
How we use it
To answer you. When you send a form, an automatic reply confirms we have it, and a person from our team follows up.
We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking. Apart from the scrambled copy of your email and phone that measures our ads on Facebook and Instagram (see below), nothing you type into a form is shared for anyone's marketing.
Cookies and tracking
To see which of our ads on Facebook and Instagram bring people here, this website uses Meta's pixel. It tells Meta when a page here is visited and when a form is sent, and Meta may set its own cookies to do that. When you send a form, our server also tells Meta, so the ad is counted even if your browser blocks the pixel, and with it sends a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and phone number. Meta compares that copy with its own records to see whether you saw one of our ads; nothing else you type goes to Meta. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, none of this happens.
To see which of our ads on Nextdoor bring people here, this website uses Nextdoor's pixel. It tells Nextdoor when a page here is visited and when a form is sent, and Nextdoor may set its own cookies to do that. Nothing you type into a form goes to Nextdoor. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, the pixel is not loaded at all.
Apart from that, we count visits and clicks without cookies: which pages are read, which links are followed and where visitors came from, never who they are.
We also note the kind of device and browser and the town or region a visit appears to come from. That comes from the connection and is never more exact than a town; the address itself is not kept.
If you arrive through one of our links or ads, this website remembers which one until you close the tab, so a message you send can say where you found us. That is kept in your browser, never in a cookie, and it names the link, not you.
From time to time, half of visitors see a section of a page in another layout so we can learn which works better. That uses no cookies either, and nothing about you is stored.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to help you. Ask us and we will delete it.

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from children under 13.
