Conejo Valley
Web design in Thousand Oaks and the Conejo Valley.
I'm Michaela, a neighbor here in the Conejo Valley. I design websites for the restaurants, cafes, wineries and shops my own neighbors go to. Seeing your design is free. If you keep it, it's $375 for my first 10 customers (regularly about $875).
The area
One valley, two counties.
The Conejo Valley runs along the 101 from Newbury Park to Agoura Hills, across the line between Ventura County and Los Angeles County.
Nobody looks for a website designer by valley. They look by town. So here are mine, by name.
Where I work
Six towns, by name.
Thousand Oaks
The valley's center, with about 127,000 people at the 2020 Census. Thousand Oaks Boulevard is its main commercial street, and the city's own plan calls it the downtown.
Newbury Park
The west end of the valley, mostly inside the Thousand Oaks city limits.
Westlake Village
A lakeside city on the Los Angeles County side of the line. The city counts about 850 commercial and light industrial firms inside its limits.
Agoura Hills
A city of about 20,000 at the valley's east end, in Los Angeles County, with 75 restaurant permits on the county health department's list.
Oak Park
An unincorporated community of about 14,000 people in Ventura County.
Lake Sherwood
A small unincorporated community around its lake, in Ventura County.
People: the 2020 Census. Restaurant permits: Los Angeles County Environmental Health's own inventory dated July 1, 2026, counted on October 1, 2026. One place can hold more than one permit.
What works here
What a business here needs from its website.
Your town, by name
People look for a town before they look for a valley. Your site should say where you are in plain words, on every page.
The same details on both sides of the line
The valley sits in two counties, and Westlake Village is split between them. Map apps and search engines match a business by its exact name, address and phone, so they should read the same everywhere.
Hours you can change in a minute
A holiday, a private party, a kitchen closing early. With the dashboard you change today's hours from your phone, and the website follows within a minute.
What it costs, for a limited time
$875 $375
The launch price for my first 10 customers. After that a website is about $875 again, depending on how complex it is. Either way, you see yours finished before you pay a cent.
How that compares
Next to a local web studio.
The studio column is what three local web studios print on their own websites, read on October 2, 2026.

Questions
Asked around here.
How much does a web designer in Thousand Oaks cost?
Right now a website from me is $375, a launch price for my first 10 customers. The regular price is about $875, depending on how complex the site is. Either way you see it finished before you pay a cent, and changes and custom work are $80 an hour. For comparison, three web studios near here print $750 to $4,000 for a small site on their own websites (read October 2, 2026).
Which towns in the Conejo Valley do you cover?
Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Oak Park and Lake Sherwood, on both the Ventura County side and the Los Angeles County side.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes. Most of the businesses I design for already have one. I build the new site from your current one, your menu and your photos, so you can put the two side by side. Your current site stays exactly as it is until you say go.
Do you only work with restaurants?
No. Restaurants, cafes, bars and wineries are most of my work so far, and the same approach suits any local business: a shop, a studio, a salon, a practice.

I also build websites for businesses in the San Fernando Valley and across Los Angeles County.
